Host a soccer loving foreign exchange student this fall
EF High School Exchange Year, a J-1 Visa exchange program, is currently seeking volunteer families interested in opening their home to international exchange students for the 2016-2017 academic year.
EF has families of all kinds and would love for yours to become part of our cultural exchange experience. Our three primary requirements of host families are to provide a bed for the student, to provide three meals a day and snacks, and to provide transportation for our students to and from school – but above all, we hope that our families will welcome our students as one of their own.
Currently, EF has a couple wonderful students we are hoping to welcome to Wisconsin and your community.
Mattias, who speaks very good English, is from Sweden and really wants to live with a host family in WI. He is energetic and outgoing…his interviewer said he is charming and easy to talk to. Mattias likes outdoor activities such as skiing, hiking and especially playing soccer.
Krittapas from Thailand is a bit shy at first, but is quite talkative. He loves playing soccer and likes to listen to music, record videos and play guitar. Krittapas believes enthusiasm is important for learning and would like to share his excitement for what he is doing with his host family.
