PS United Soccer Club is pleased to announce LATI ZIBA as the Director of Coaching

Pewaukee Sussex United Soccer Club is excited to announce Lati Ziba as the new Director of Coaching and Player Development. Lati holds a USSF “C” license, NSCAA Advanced National Diploma, and NSCAA Director of Coaching Diploma. In addition to these credentials he also holds a Master of Science in Sport Management (Cardinal Stritch University, Milwaukee) and Bachelor of Business Administration in Management/Accounting (UW Green Bay).

With over 10 years of experience in coaching and leading youth programs, Lati brings a wealth of knowledge to his new position. As a player, he was a four-year letter winner at UW Green Bay’s Division 1 college program. He then went on to play semi-pro in the Midwest and Europe and was a member and starter of the 2012 US National Open Cup Championship team with the Croatian Eagles majors.

Lati joins us from Germantown Soccer Club where he worked as the Director of Coaching and Player Development for three years. Born and raised in Macedonia, Lati came to United States at the age of 16. He has a passion for the beautiful game and believes that by staying active in soccer, youth players can achieve great success in their leadership growth, the classroom, and ultimately their careers.

“I am excited to continue the traditions of player development and community engagement upon which Pewaukee Sussex United Soccer Club has been built. While many clubs in our area and across the country measure their success exclusively on the aggregate win/loss records of their youth teams, our focus at Pewaukee Sussex United will be different,” said Ziba.

“My philosophy is clear: Individual Player Development above everything else. We will develop players in a game-like environment that allows them to own their individual soccer growth. This empowering approach will prepare them for technical domination, tactical flexibility, and overall team success. Make no mistake—PSU will continue to field highly-competitive teams!

“As much as I love coaching players and helping them advance through the soccer ranks, I understand there is more to soccer than on-the-field success. Equally important is community engagement. My career has given me the opportunity to see, experience, and teach the positive impacts that come from being involved as active citizens in the community.”

Lati and his wife, Kaltrine, live in Milwaukee and have two children, Elijona and Rijan. Lati is also very excited about our Micros program offered to ages 4-7 and is looking to enroll Elijona and Rijan into soccer as soon as they can!

Please join us in welcoming Lati to PSU!
